  • Alicia Haynes

    Alicia is dedicated to making her clients feel amazing, from the inside out. Her enthusiasm for fitness began while growing up in a Bordertown and excelling as an athlete in softball, volleyball and Taekwondo. It wasn’t until college that she discovered Pilates via a stack of Mari Winsor DVDs. She fell in love with the art, when she began noticing the changes in her body, stamina and flexibility. She was hooked instantly. She has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. In 2013, she was certified in Power Pilates Mat I and II. In 2016, she completed the extremely vigorous Power Pilates Comprehensive Program. This extensive program taught her to master the ability of working with people of all ages and fitness levels, with clients ranging from preschoolers to seniors. Alicia has a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts in Broadcast Management and Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. After working in the Marketing and Sales Industry for over 8 years, she decided to focus on what made her the happiest, and pursue her genuine passion for Pilates full-time. She is also certified in both TRX Suspension Training and Spinning. She enjoys cross training and practicing yoga regularly.

  • Carmen Sivadge

    Carmen has been teaching and practicing the Pilates method for 13 years. While growing up in Mansville Texas as a dancer she found her love for the Pilates method while teaching dance. After completing her BA in kinesiology at the University of Texas at Arlington at a stent of professional dance training at, The Ailey School, in New York City, she became trained and certified to Stott Pilates in later ,Club Pilates to be a fully certified Pilates instructor. Carmen has a passion for helping others achieve their goals she loves helping those rehabilitating injuries and has a passion for helping those clients trying to achieve better life styles and performance. When she is not in the Pilates studio you can find her playing with her two boys Collin and Chase and husband Eric.

  • Jacqueline Todd

    Jacqueline Todd first completed her Pilates certification through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York City, and went on to obtain a Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body University (Sacramento). She has been teaching small group classes and private, duet, and trio classes in Fort Worth since 2002. She began dancing at age 3 and has formal dance training in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Pointe. She studied dance throughout grade school and high school and went on to obtain a BFA in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University where she studied The Method of Pilates all four years. She continues to expand her Pilates training and has taken workshops with known instructors, Elizabeth Larkam, Tom McCook, Liz Lerman, Karen Sanzo and Shelley Estes. In addition, Jacqueline has pursued training with internationally-renowned master teacher Bill Evans. Bill integrates Bartenieff fundamentals and Laban Movement analysis with Modern Dance Technique. Jacqueline has a passion for movement, knowledge in how the body moves, and how this enhances our well-being. Dance and Pilates both require the body and mind to work together. She believe teaching the body and mind to work together helps balance our life physically, emotionally and spiritually; helping us to embrace our bodies and feel empowered in our own skin. She believes there is great value in learning and experimenting with all types of movement disciplines. When you open your mind, your body will follow resulting in a physical transformation of a stronger, smarter body.

  • Victoria Runge

    Victoria grew up in Tuscaloosa Alabama where she started dancing and moving at the age of three years old. As a competitive dancer she was first introduced to Pilates at a ballet summer intensive at the age of 12 every summer she kept learning more and more of the Pilates repertoire and saw how it helped her body while dancing. She graduated with a BFA in ballet and a minor in communication studies from Texas Christian University where equipment Pilates was a part of her curriculum. Her Pilates classes in college opened her eyes to the many benefits of Pilates for all people. While in college Victoria started teaching bar classes at a local studio in Fort Worth and discovered her love for fitness, and decided she wanted to pursue a career in the fitness field. After graduating she started working toward her Stott Pilates certification. In March 2017 Victoria became a fully certified to Stott Pilates instructor. Since then Victoria has enjoyed sharing her passion for movement and Pilates with her community.

  • Jill Cowan

    Jill’s passion for fitness, desire to help people, and love for all things pertaining to health, have driven her 30 year fitness career. After 10 years of personal training, and six years of competitive powerlifting, a serious hip injury caused her to “reassess” her fitness goals and direction. Just at the right time, she was introduced to Pilates in 1999 and never looked back. Pilates restored movement and flexibility that years of heavy lifting had impaired. With full certifications from Oasis Mind Body Conditioning Center in Dallas, Stott Pilates, and Balanced Body, she opened her own studio in Desoto where she taught for 11 years. In 2015 the decision was made to close the Desoto studio and move the equipment to what is now her home studio in Midlothian where she has continued training private clients.Jill is excited to now be on board part time with Club Pilates and looks forward to continuing to help people become “better in their bodies”. She and her husband of 40 years have 3 married children and 5 precious grandchildren, our dog Lucy.:-)

  • Jennie Campbell

    Jennie is not only a certified Club Pilates® instructor, but also a sales associate with Club Pilates. After being a stay at home mom to 2 beautiful and active boys Cayden(12) and Ryland(6) she wanted to find an avenue where she could share her passion and love for fitness. She has spent her life being very active competing in both gymnastics and cheer and has kept a strong enthusiasm for maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle . Finding Pilates has allowed her to maintain her strength and flexibility in a way that would otherwise not be possible. She obtained a comprehensive 500 hour Pilates Certification through Club Pilates so she could spread her love and passion for fitness and health. Jennie currently teaches clients through both group and private training. Her goal is to make her clients feel longer, leaner, stronger and happier after spending 60 min working the mind body connection Pilates offers. Jennie attended the University of Texas in Austin where she lived for 8 years but then moved back to the Fort Worth area where she was born and raised. Her 2 boys and husband share her active lifestyle. When not at the studio you can find her at the baseball fields watching her boys to what they love, play ball!!!

    Lead Pilates Instructor

    Kelsey brings energy and excitement while delivering intentional class programming which transforms both your body and mind to achieve lasting results! She began practicing Pilates in 2014 and quickly fell in love when she started seeing tiny muscles she never knew she had, appear! Always wanting to be a teacher, she finally found her passion and the topic she wanted to teach and enrolled in Club Pilates teacher training. It truly is a lifestyle that she feels everyBODY benefits from so she added it to her daily regimen and never looked back! Bringing her certification with her all the way from California, she’s now living in Mansfield with her husband and sweet pup and excited to meet the Texas crew!
